Youko lives in an apartment near the park. Specifically, it's said to be two streets away from the park, in the large building with the red brick (though if the geography works out wrong it could be changed).

Deeper Information
Appearance: Youko is tall, with a thin build. His hair is silvery white, coming down to about the middle of his back, with grey fox ears sticking out of his hair, and his eyes are the color of tarnished gold. He has a white fox tail sticking out of his robe. He wears a white robe and white slippers on his feet. He's usually seen with either a knowing smirk on his face or a calm, disinterested look.

Personality: Youko is a ruthless thief. He is strong, vicious, calculating, and wary of everyone he meets. He is ambitious for riches and power and has the ability to gain it. He has the tendency to play with his enemies or prey before he finally swoops in to finish the job. He's also been known to be snarky and sarcastic, having a coldly amused air about him. After the death of his first partner in crime, Kuronue, he became even colder. Recently, however, his new partner, Shuichi, has softened him a bit. He has learned about more 'human' emotions, and has tentatively started to use these emotions – though generally only as a ruse to draw others into a trap.

Abilities/Strengths: Youko is an extremely powerful demon, though he knows when not to use his strength. He has the ability to manipulate plants, and bloom seeds as he wishes using his spirit energy. He has knowledge of a huge variety of plants from the demon and human realms, and knows how to use them to heal or to harm. Mentally, he is always three steps ahead of everyone else, and has already figured out every single exit from every single place he's entered. He is a master thief, and fears no one.

Weaknesses: Though he is very powerful, he is less skilled in hand-to-hand combat. He will resort to it, if needed, but he isn't as good at it as he is with more ranged attacks. He needs his demon energy in order to manipulate plants, so if it is bound, it makes things incredibly difficult for him. Due to the numerous deals and pacts he's made, he's bound to double-cross others, and this sometimes earns him powerful enemies. His emotional distancing himself from others makes him seem very cold, and it is also hard to gain his trust – which has a tendency to leave him with few to turn to. His loose morals also have a tendency to gain him strange looks in more civilized company.

History
Youko was a feared and powerful kitsune thief in Demon World, the most feared in the realm. When Youko was first becoming notorious, he had a partner in crime named Kuronue. The two were extremely close friends, and dedicated to their dream of being the most famous thieves in the realm. One heist, while they were running from the guards, Kuronue was captured. He called out for Youko to run, and Youko had to leave him behind. This caused Youko to become very cold towards others, even going so far as to double-cross them.

After that, he turned to gaining more power. He formed a gang of sorts, and one demon moved up the ranks. His name was Yomi, and he was extremely ambitious. He lead their men into all sorts of traps, not caring for their lives as long as he snagged the treasure. Youko sent an assassin after Yomi, and Yomi escaped narrowly, becoming blinded.

Centuries passed, and Youko found himself becoming bored. He knew that he was very powerful, but he couldn't find a suitable second in command. So, on his next raid, he took a prisoner that he deemed worthy of training. It happened to be a human/kitsune half-breed named Shuichi, who had taken refuge in the Demon World when his mother passed away. Shuichi possessed many of the same plant manipulation powers that Youko had, and this intrigued Youko. He taught Shuichi how to steal, and how to plan.

Shuichi exceeded his expectations. Normally, anything bred with a human would be far weaker than a full demon, but for some reason, this didn't happen to be the case. As the group's power grew and grew, they attracted more and more attention, until the rulers of the Demon World took notice, and decided to attempt to put them down.

They were cornered in the city of Template. The chief of police for Yomi, who had become a demon lord, gave him a chance to surrender. Youko laughed at this, and prepared to kill the weaker demon. He was shot in the shoulder, but he managed to wrap his whip around the chief's throat...

Before he suddenly blacked out and woke up in a church, in an entirely different Template.
